Special Master Services

SSI’s President, Thomas A. Warren, has been appointed as Special Master in various cases in which his role helped significantly lessen the overall cost of litigation, and the amount of involvement required by the judge on each case. Mr. Warren’s over 40 years as a practicing attorney and extensive class action experience make him uniquely qualified to serve as Special Master in cases where one is required. As a special master for several large and precedent-setting cases including Augst-Johnson v. Morgan Stanley, Curtis-Bauer v. Morgan Stanley, and Ingram v. The Coca-Cola Company, Mr. Warren has played an important role on various aspects of settlement and administration process, including:
